About
Sanctify is a financial investment product created by IWP Capital. The new app has a plan of soft launch within three months, which requires us to design in a fast-paced environment. The design mission is to create an efficient and delightful onboarding process that attracts new users and allows a smooth transition from web products to mobile apps for existing users.
My Role
• Led design and produced deliverables from userflow to high-fidelity design • Conducted user research & competitor analysis, integrating results in design • analyzed technology limitations with the 3rd party technical group • managed project development progress • Presented updates in weekly UX Stand-ups
